Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actress, author and best-selling novelist. Her talents have won her international recognition. Sagittarius is her birth name, and she was born at the state of North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's the third oldest siblings born in the home of Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper, and Anne a psychologist. Her parents are of English as well as Scottish origin. In the course of her father's employment, the Moore family often relocated and she had to work hard to make friendships, or to keep ones. She appeared in Short Cuts (1993) and 3 Women (1997) both produced by Robert Altman. Her performance in the critically-acclaimed short-cuts (1993) was rewarded with several nominations. Her first lead role came in Safe (1995). Steven Spielberg chose Moore to be the main character in Jurassic Park: The Lost World. It was among the most popular films released in the year. The actress received an SAG Award nomination for Magnolia during 1999. The Hours starred Moore in 2002 and was nominated by Nine Academy Awards along with Nicole Kidman. Her other films are The Forgotten 2004 Freedomland 2006. Shelter (2010), and many more. Non-Stop was her film from 2014. Moore has appeared in numerous television and film productions. She has a starring role in the most recent one, which is When You Finish Saving the World (2022). Her career has been established in Hollywood in addition to being a successful children's book author. The first book she published was Freckleface Strawberry (2007) and it was an N.Y.T. bestseller. best-seller, leading to the adaptation to a series as well as a musical. Moore also wrote her memoir My Mom's a Foreigner in 2013. Moore is a successful actor and author is also known for making her personal life public.
